DORCHESTER Town Reserves were overhauled by Poole Town Reserves in a 3-1 Wyvern Midweek Combination League loss at the Avenue Stadium.
Alex Stafie had scored in the first minute for the Magpies, but the Dolphins struck back when Eder Batista levelled on six minutes.
Both sides remained evenly-matched until late in the second half when a Poole corner found Shaun Wright at the back post, who slammed home a volley on 77 minutes.
The Dolphins rounded off their comeback when Adam Grange lobbed John Ross in the Magpies' goal, before George Turner helped the ball over the line.
Rich Robson's team is next in action tomorrow at Moneyfields (7.45pm).
