LONG-SERVING midfielder Nick Crittenden and Stuart Heath are to take charge of Dorchester Town while the club finds a replacement for Graham Kemp.
Kemp resigned today after four months in charge of the Magpies.
Club officials met tonight to discuss the situation and it has been confirmed that Crittenden and Heath, assistant to Kemp and previous manager Phil Simkin, will lead the side in the short term.
