BEN Walker and Jordan Mullis have become the latest players to agree terms with Dorchester Town as the Avenue outfit gear up for the start of the new season on Saturday.

This follows the news that Bridport-born player Liam Sayers also agreed terms with the Magpies to give their frontline an added boost.

Walker, a former loanee at the club, has signed after being released by AFC Bournemouth in the summer.

He impressed playing much of pre-season at right-back and will be in contention for the Kettering clash on Saturday (3pm).

Mullis, who, until last season, was playing centre-back, has given first-choice stopper Shane Murphy some good competition throughout the summer.

He will be the second choice for the county town side having played just 45 minutes of pre-season.

They become the sixth and seventh signings of the off-season for manager Mark Jermyn.

The only trialist yet to sign a deal with the club is forward Aldo Lopes, a fringe player during the summer.
