DORCHESTER Town winger Tom Blair has successfully overturned a suspension given to him after his red card in the 3-0 Ridgeway derby defeat to Weymouth on Bank Holiday Monday.
Blair was sent off for what the officials deemed to be a stamp on Weymouth's Ashley Wells.
But, after the Magpies produced video evidence disputing the decision, the FA's Regulatory Commission has annulled the punishment, citing "wrongful dismissal".
The appeal means that Blair is available for the club's FA Cup first round qualifying clash at AFC Portchester today (3pm).
