DORCHESTER Town have missed out on securing the signature of Bristol Rovers attacking midfielder Lewis Leigh-Gilchrist for a further loan spell.
Leigh-Gilchrist had been playing himself into form at the Avenue Stadium, having made his first start for the Magpies in last week's 2-1 loss to Merthyr Town.
But his parent club have been able to secure him a one-month loan at National League South strugglers Hungerford Town, who currently lie 17th, three places and six points above the drop zone.
The teenager had made three appearances, two from the bench, for manager Steve Thompson's side.
Leigh-Gilchrist could make his Crusaders' debut at Gloucester City today after being named on the bench against the Tigers.
