DORCHESTER 1
Malsom 48
BROMLEY 1
Waldren 25
DORCHESTER Town ended a rollercoaster season on a relative high as they avoided a fourth straight defeat in Blue Square Bet South.
And they had to come from behind to secure their final point of the campaign, Sam Malsom cancelling out Danny Waldren’s fortuitous opener.
Bromley were forced to play the final 37 minutes with just 10 men after Albert Jarrett was dismissed for kicking out at county town captain Mark Jermyn but they held on to ensure it ended honours even at the Avenue Stadium.
As a result, the Magpies finish the season in 11th spot with 56 points from 42 games - their best tally in seven years.
