Myself and Luke are extremely pleased to have come away from the 2011 470 world championships with a silver medal.
We used the event as a outcome regatta, which means it was one we wanted to perform at, it's so rewarding when you get a good result when you put so much focus, effort and hard work into it.
We will now have some time off now over Christmas so we are ready to hit the 2012 season with a bang in Miami in January.
