As our sailors prepare to start another day's racing, Team GB is celebrating its first gold medal of the London 2012 Olympics!

Portland's 470 men's dinghy sailors Luke Patience and Stuart Bithell will be taking part in a practice race on the Weymouth Bay South course from 12pm.

Portland’s Ali Young will be racing in the Laser Radial events on Weymouth Bay West from 12pm.

The Portland Harbour course will see Britain's 49er duo Stevie Morrison and Ben Rhodes competing in two races from 12pm, followed by windsurfer Bryony
Shaw in the women’s RS:X fleet races three and four from 2pm.

The women’s Match Racing round robin events are also set to continue in front of the 4,600-strong crowds from 2pm, featuring Poole contenders Lucy and Kate
Macgregor and Annie Lush.

WEYMOUTH’S Olympic windsurfing star Nick Dempsey will be experiencing his first taste of crowds at the Nothe ticketed spectator site.
Two RS:X men’s windsurfing races are scheduled to take place on the Nothe course from 12pm.
