MOONFLEET 2000 Indoor Bowls Club hosted their 15th annual presentation night and honoured their winners in truly celebratory fashion.
Newly-elected president Madge Churches was joined by more than 70 bowlers and Phil Lock, president of the Dorset County Indoor Bowling Association.
He presented the under-25 county singles trophy to champion Brandon King and, in memory of his son, the Ian Lock Memorial Shield to youngster Ryan Nash for winning the under-18 county singles.
Outgoing competition secretary Rita Payne read out a long list of adult club competition winners and runners-up, while trophies, cups, shields and tokens were presented to novices and veterans alike.
This was then followed up by the winners and runners-up of all internal leagues.
Anyone inspired by the achievements of the Moonfleet bowlers can get along to the club and give the sport a go.
The club is set to hold its next open day on Saturday, May 30 (10am-4pm) and anyone is welcome.
