Springfield A remain top of Division One after a convincing 30-5 win over Wyke A.

Springfield won all 10 matches on the night with Sai Maganti (3) and Shaun Beauchamp (2) picking up Wyke’s points.

Meanwhile, Park District sit in second place after their 29-8 success over Colliton X.

Park won all but one of the matches, that being Andy Crouch’s defeat of the exuberant John Ryan in a five-set thriller.

A 20-20 draw saw Budmouth A and YMCA share the spoils.

Tom Cherry top-scored with nine points and helped put the home side 19-14 up with two matches remaining.

But YMCA dug in and secured a point in winning the doubles 3-0.

Shipton Gorge A picked up a 24-13 victory over Red Triangle, helped by the Portlanders only fielding two players.

Terry Whitworth (9) top-scored for Shipton with Derrick Dawson (8) doing likewise for Red Triangle.

Preston B remain unbeaten at the top of Division Two after a 22-15 triumph over Pilgrims A.

The consistency of Josh Harman’s performances this season was evident again with him winning all his games on the night.

Paul Beeston put in a spirited display for Pilgrims as he brought the match score back to 13-12.

The home side eventually ran out winners after taking the last three games.

League chairman Neil Hardisty steered Budmouth D to a 23-11 success over All Saints in scoring a full nine points.

Young Tom Lydford (8) continued to impress for Budmouth and Ben Hannigan (6) top-scored for All Saints.

Preston A’s Simon Green was the star of the evening in a 21-16 win over Springfield C.

He gained a maximum and Steve Rook top-scored for Springfield with seven points.

Preston D are still looking for their first win of the season in the league after going down 23-15 to Wyke C and remain bottom of Division Three.

Wyke’s Roy Sharp was on form once again, scoring a full house of nine points.

Budmouth E beat Springfield D 22-16 with April Heasman picking up seven points for the winning side.

Springfield’s David Moth top-scored on the night with the full nine points.
