SHAMSUL Ali is “excited” for his next competition in Birmingham this month where he will take on some of Europe’s top muscular athletes.
The Weymouth-based bodybuilder will head to the NEC arena in the Midlands for the largest fitness expo in Europe and Ali is confident of bringing a medal back with him.
He said: “Over the winter I’ve worked hard on trying to put as much weight and muscle on as possible and for the last 12 weeks. I have been working even harder to chisel it away and bring an even better package to the stage this year.
“I am excited and nervous about getting back on that stage but feel a lot more confident in bringing a trophy back to Weymouth due to the support I have received”
The competition runs from tomorrow until Sunday, May 15.
* Ali is sponsored by Nutrigo Meals and Future Physiques
