WEYMOUTH face Warminster for the second week running, aiming to record a quick-fire double over their opponents.

The Seasiders enjoyed an impressive 52-14 victory in Wiltshire six days ago and the two sides go head-to-head once again tomorrow afternoon (2.30pm).

In the wake of last Saturday’s handsome scoreline, skipper Mark Sample is wary of a Warminster backlash at Monmouth Avenue.

He said: “They were missing a couple of key players last Saturday and I expect they will be stronger tomorrow, so we can’t take anything for granted.

“Having said that we were also missing one or two men and this is a game we have got to try and win.

“You’ve always got to be confident at home and I think we’ll have a good blend of youth and experience in the team tomorrow.”

Tim Comben (back) is set to return from injury but the Seasiders will be without Julian Quick, Joe Gibson and Gareth Iles as all three are on holiday.

Gordon Tye, Jonathan Mason and Rich Polley are expected to fill the void.

Bridport welcome rock-bottom Salisbury Seconds to the Brewery Ground (2pm) tasked with gaining revenge for their shock 15-13 reverse to the Wiltshire club earlier in the season.

Victory will also present the Blues with the chance to confirm their ascension to Southern Counties South as title winners at Swanage & Wareham Seconds the following week.

Puddletown are the Swans’ opponents this weekend as the two meet at Greenfields (2pm).

Several players missing from last week’s defeat at Westbury return to the Villagers’ squad tomorrow, including influential skipper Dan Udell who will be hoping to celebrate the birth of his son with a much-needed victory.

Centre Barry Dovell, who broke his wrist during the 22-0 loss at Bestwall in October’s reverse fixture, is also back in the fold.

Puddletown have lost 15 Dorset & Wilts One South games on the trot while the Swans’ second string have won their last five.

Dorchester are without a game this weekend, as are Swanage & Ware-ham’s first XV who reached the Dorset & Wilts Cup final in midweek.
