WEYMOUTH RFC celebrated a positive campaign with their end of the season
presentation evening at Monmouth Avenue.

Others to be recognised included Ryan Lewendon (Points scorer of the Year), Paul Harding (Try scorer of the Year), Adam Hoxey (Sportsman of the Year), and Chris Davis and Glyn Arnold (Clubmen of the Year).
The Seasiders narrowly missed out on a play-off place in Dorset & Wilts One South after finishing fourth behind Bridport, having recorded 13 wins out of 20.
The club also achieved the RFU Seal of Approval, were named the Active Dorset Community Sports Club of the Year, reformed their Veterans team, and saw some good players join their ranks, such as Antony Cowburn and Kevin and John Leatham to name a few.
Last season also saw the Seasiders take great strides in becoming one club' with the mini and youth players attending the senior games to cheer on the players and act as water boys, and more senior members now utilising their experience to help coach the Weymouth stars of the future.
