JAMES Cockle believes the Wildcats will give the Bournemouth Buccaneers a much stiffer test second time around at Wim-borne Road.
The Dorset rivals meet for the third time this season on Thursday night for the second leg of their Knockout Cup tie.
Weymouth go into the clash with a 16-point advantage from the first leg but a repeat of the 56-36 defeat at Bournemouth on May 28 would see the Bucca-neers progress to the next round of the competition.
Cockle is confident that the Cats can not only dump their rivals out of the cup but also win Thursday’s meeting outright.
He said: “We’ll be going there to win the meeting, not just to try and get within 16 points of them. The last meeting at Wimborne Road wasn’t great for us but I’m sure we can go there this time and pull it off.
