Toothless Terras humiliated by Frome

WEYMOUTH 0

FROME TOWN 3

Evans 65, Gerring 82og, Matthews 88

FROME Town proved the party poopers in more ways than one on another afternoon to forget for the Terras at the Bob Lucas Stadium.

With chairman Nigel Biddlecombe having signed the ownership of Weymouth FC over to a community Trust before kick-off, the local derby was supposed to be a momentous occasion for the club but joy quickly turned to despair.

Second-half strikes from Dean Evans and Lloyd Matthews, and an own goal from Ben Gerring did the damage on the pitch while ugly clashes between rival fans off it turned the whole event into a farce.

Over 700 people turned up to watch this game. Weymouth are the best supported team in their league - they deserve better that this! King has got to go; also that on loan goal keeper who is disaster prone.

Don't think Brendon can be blamed for everything, the decline has started since the controversial MICKY GREENO got appointed as first team coach, training has changed and with him on board it is less professional. Also the players have to take some blame, they are already looking forward to their summer holidays and new clubs they are joining.
Brendon can not be made a scapegoat but he has to take the blame with Matt Groves on the Goalkeeping fiasco. Nick Jordan will be leaving next season either joining kettering or Eastbourne. Tom Manley is only a Western League keeper tbh and Alex Hards isn't good enough to get in Gosports team. Chris Povall is on a contract play him he has so much potential and hasn't put a foot wrong. Thrown in at the deep end against Totton and was man of the match.
The board need to come out and back Kinger and the players need to show their worth and fight for the club.

PMSL Micky Greeno as coach, the only way he will make a good coach is if he has his teeth removed and seats put in. The man is a disgrace to football. He as a nipper had some much potential and so little brain. Kinger is not a Manager capable of running a side at this level, I believe it's his 1st job as a manager after he was assistant. He was no good @ Portland. If the keeper crisis needs sorting play Povall your going to have to use him some time you ain't got anything to lose. It seems the Shambles has moved from off Portland to Weymouth. I suppose today's excuse's will follow in the OHEC
