WEYMOUTH have announced the double loan signing of Exeter City duo Jamie Reid and Connor Riley-Lowe, both on initial one-month loan deals.

Striker Reid, a Northern Ireland Under-21 international, comes into the Weymouth squad having previously been on loan at Dorchester Town in 2012, where he played with manager Jason Matthews.

Riley-Lowe, a left-back, has represented the Grecians’ first-team as a first year pro, starting his first league game for the Grecians in a 2-1 defeat against Hartlepool in October last year. He comes to the Bob Lucas Stadium highly rated by the Terras’ boss.

Both are set to go straight into tomorrow’s squad to travel to Slough Town alongside defender Calvin Brooks, who made his return to the club earlier today

On the Grecians’ duo, who could feature in as many as nine games for the club over the next month, Matthews added: “Connor has had first-team experience this season, he is only young but I have had excellent reports and watched him once myself.

“I spent two months with Jamie at Dorchester and he was someone I felt had a huge amount of potential.

“We are really lucky to have him. He has come back from an injury but has had a few weeks in training and had a couple of games for Exeter behind closed doors.”
