BEN Thomson, Mark Molesley and George Rigg will all sit out Weymouth's trip to Frome Town tonight (7.45pm), as the Terras bid to maintain their title push in Somerset.

While Molesley and Rigg miss out with calf and ankle injuries respectively, an agreement between the two clubs following his move from Frome means Thomson won’t take part.

Not having the trio is a blow for Weymouth boss Jason Matthews but his side is confident going into the clash at the Blindmans Brewery Stadium given their recent form.

The Terras have only lost once in their last 10 Evo-Stik Southern Premier Division outings, although the Robins have picked up significantly under new manager Nick Bunyard.

“It will be a tough one,” said Matthews. “This is a local derby and Frome are much improved since Nick Bunyard has taken over.

“They’ve got some threats in their side, particularly Tyler Sibbick, who we tried to sign in the summer.

“We’ll be very wary of them but we are on a good run and go into it very positive.

“George and Mark are still out, which is a blow, and Ben is not allowed to play as part of his transfer to us from Frome.

“We’re a bit low on numbers but we’ll go there confident of getting a result.”

Commenting further on Molesley, he added: “It will be nice to have Mark back fit because he is one of our flair players.

“It hasn’t gone to plan for him since he joined us and he has been incredibly unlucky with injuries.”

Frome have lost two of their last eight in the league, with Sibbick’s 89th-minute penalty giving them a 1-0 win at Stratford last Saturday.
