RESERVES’ chief Bradley Asagba hailed the impact youngster Tiago Sa had made at Weymouth this season.
The full-back, who was formerly a member of the youth set-up at Yeovil Town, trialled with the first team in pre-season and has got game time for both the club’s reserves and the senior side throughout he campaign.
The young defender started in a midfield role for Jason Matthews’ side at the weekend before being stretchered off with a knee problem in the second half.
Speaking about Sa, Asagba told Echosport: “I think it’s no secret, he is absolutely sensational, especially when he plays for us. At our level he stands out and is a shining light.
“It shows when he comes into the first team because he doesn’t look out of place. In fact, he was one of the first-team’s better players on Saturday.
“It was unfortunate with the injury but hopefully he will be back in and involved with them again.”
