WEYMOUTH have moved to secure the signature of influential midfielder Josh Carmichael for the 2018/19 season.
Carmichael, who scored four goals last season and won two player-of-the-month awards, becomes the fifth Terras player to sign for next season after Brandon Goodship, Callum Buckley, Ashley Wells and Ben Thomson.
In a statement on the club's website, director of football Paul Maitland hinted more signings could be in the offing.
He said: "We are really pleased with the players that we have in place already for next season.
"We've held further positive discussions with others and hopefully there will be some announcements towards the end of the week.
"It's good that players are committing their futures to the club for the next campaign."
