CHRIS Ryan's consortium has made a new offer for the ailing Terras.
The financier, who saw his original bid for Weymouth FC rejected by director Paul Cocks, has this afternoon issued a statement alongside advisor Steve Beasant.
The pair have assembled a group of investors who are willing to take the club forward "without entering administration or liquidation".
They will also "enter into immediate discussions with all creditors with a view to seeking settlement terms and turn the club into a break-even trading position within 12 months".
