WEYMOUTH defender Trevor Challis has put his side's recent upturn in fortunes down to a "willingness to do well for each other."
The Terras captured a 0-0 draw at high-flying Cambridge United on Saturday and then followed that up with a 3-1 home win over play-off- chasers Exeter City on Monday, moving the club three points clear of the Blue Square Premier drop-zone.
And Challis is confident that form can continue.
He said: "Everyone's delighted. There is now a real unity in the changing room and I think that is beginning to show out on the pitch.
"We have had quite a few long away trips recently and spent a lot of time in hotels as a group and I think that has helped bring us more together.
"There is now a huge determination to score goals and keep clean sheets, and a willingness to do well for each other.

"Exeter were always going to have a spell in the game and for the first 20 minutes of the second half they came out and had a go at us but we stayed strong and even when they did equalise we showed great character to hit back."
On-loan trio Stephen Henderson, Chris Blackburn and Matthew Bailey received praise for their performances in the two Bank Holiday weekend games and Challis reckons it is fully deserved.
He added: "Chris has come in and been excellent. I was really surprised when I found out he is only 25 because his experience and talking at the back has been a huge bonus.
"Stephen Henderson has also been superb. Jason Matthews will always be a Weymouth legend and even he has said that Stephen is the best keeper he has seen at the club in years.
"Then there is Matthew Bailey. He came in on Saturday and the way he has fitted in has been fantastic.
"The loan players are really beginning to get to know everyone now and that has helped us become more consistent in our performances.
"The other thing that impressed me on Monday was the way in which players like Michael Malcolm came in and really took their chances."
Challis missed the game against Exeter due to a calf injury but is expecting to be back this Saturday for the huge clash at fourth-bottom Farsley Celtic.
