JOHN Hollins will be telling his players to "go for it" tonight when they take on bottom club Droylsden at the Wessex Stadium (7.45pm).
The Terras are currently in the Blue Square Premier drop-zone by virtue of goal difference but victory over already relegated Droylsden could lift them out of the bottom four.
Hollins' men enter the game on the back of a 1-1 draw at Crawley Town on Saturday while the Bloods saw their home fixture with Ebbsfleet United called off due to a waterlogged pitch.
The Weymouth boss said: "Droylsden have been playing twice a week like us recently but they could be fresh given they didn't play at the weekend so that means we have got to be even sharper ourselves. But keep bringing the games on because they're all big now.
"Saturday was a good hard-fought result for us and I'm sure we'll come through tonight's game. We've got to take the game to Droylsden and simply go for it."
Given the plight of tonight's visitors, Hollins believes the clash will be a much tougher prospect. He added: "It's always difficult playing teams in that position but there are never any easy games.

"Droylsden will be able to play with more freedom and try one or two things out.
"I saw them play Exeter nearly a couple of weeks ago and they should have been three ahead by half-time so it shows you that any team can play if you allow them to, therefore we have got to stop them from playing."
The Terras' boss will check on the fitness of Trevor Challis ahead of the match while striker Michael Malcolm, who picked up a head injury last week against Grays Athletic, is unlikely to be risked.
Hollins said: "Trevor picked up a knock to his calf on Saturday and we will leave it until before the game to make a decision. With Michael we must be careful, I'd rather he miss one more game than suffer a setback.
"Marcus Browning and Paolo Vernazza are coming along nicely but we can't afford to risk them. Jake Hyde is doing his rehab in Swindon so we will wait to hear when he is ready to return.
"But the lads currently in the team are working extremely hard, sometimes having to move out of position, and they are all performing 110 per cent. I can't ask for any more than that."
Three of Weymouth's relegation rivals are in action tonight but all face away fixtures.
Halifax travel to play-off hopefuls Burton Albion, Farsley Celtic visit Ebbsfleet while Nortwhich Victoria go to second-placed Torquay United.
* There will a minute's silence before tonight's game in memory of Roy Roberts from Portland who passed away last Wednesday.
Mr Roberts was taken ill before Weymouth's 1-0 defeat against Oxford on April 5 but after leaving the Wessex Stadium by ambulance he failed to recover from an emergency operation at Southampton Hospital.
