WEYMOUTH boss John Hollins wants to play the role of the party-pooper tonight when his men tackle champions Aldershot Town at the Recreation Ground (7.45pm) .
The Terras moved five points clear of the Blue Square Premier drop-zone on Saturday thanks to a 2-1 win over Kidderminster Harriers and will consolidate their status this evening should either Farsley Celtic or Halifax Town fail to win at York City or Crawley Town respectively.
Hollins said: "Saturday's win was an unbelievable effort. We set out what we wanted before the game and we got that in the first half but we could not put the ball away.
"They then came out in the second half and from somewhere went straight through us and took the lead. At that point you could hear people around the ground going oh my god' but we immediately got the ball, ran it back up to halfway and within ten minutes we were level.
"We really put the pressure on after that and to win it towards the end was fantastic. The performance proved what we are capable of. It's all about giving 110 per cent every game and when we do that we look a good side.
"We now have to go to Aldershot and do the same but that is going to require a big effort from us because there is going to be a crowd of around 6,000 there wanting to celebrate their promotion and see them lift the trophy.

"We will clap them on to the pitch for what they have achieved but there will be no
charity once the game starts as I want to be the one who messes up their party.
"We will get in at them and we will be looking for at least a point, although there is no reason why we cannot take all three."
The Shots, who are unbeaten in their last 13 games, have had a fantastic season. Not only have they secured the title and a return to the Football League but they have also won the Setanta Shield and reached the semi-finals of the FA Trophy.
There is also still a record that Gary Waddock's team is chasing and that is to become the first team in Conference history to reach 100 points, which they will achieve by claiming one point from their last two games.
Hollins added: "They have been the best team by a mile this season. They are fresh, bright and they can adapt their game to most conditions."
Despite being suspended for Weymouth's remaining games, Cambridge United loanee Mark Convery has remained at the Wessex Stadium instead of returning to his parent club. Marcus Browning replaced the banned midfielder against Kiddy, making his first appearance since March 4.
When asked whether the decision for Convery to stay put is an indication that he may become a permanent fixture in the team next season, Hollins said: "We will have to look at that but only when our status is 100 per cent certain. We are nearly there but not quite. Once it is we will then get everything sorted so we can make a fresh start.
"It was good to see Marcus return on Saturday. That was his first appearance for over a month and full credit to him because he has worked so hard to get back.
"As for Paolo Vernazza, we do not want him to go into the end of the season injured, but he could return this week, if not tonight then maybe on Saturday. We will be talking to the doctor in regards to Michael Malcolm while Jake Hyde is unlikely to be available."
