DORCHESTER Martial Arts boasted a 100 per cent pass rate at their latest grading.

Junior members led the way, displaying their skills in front of visiting instructor Bob Spour.

And club instructor Luke Mannion was delighted with their efforts.

He said: “The children’s assessment was an hour long.

“They did a warm-up, a bit of a workout, a lot of work on the pads practising their techniques and then a scaled-down sparring session.

“After that they were given their belts and certificates and I’m pleased to say they all passed, which is great.

“We also had an assessment for the adult members of the club and everyone who was put in for assessment passed as well.

“Both the children and the adults did really well and the standard was very high. My instructor Bob Spour, who came down from Birmingham, was really impressed with everyone.”
