I don’t dispute the charging for using public toilets if this means better cleanliness, etc, but the main problem is having the required coins when ‘taken short’.
Change machines may be of use but how do you stop them being vandalised – and what if you only have notes.
It means that you must always carry the appropriate change with you, wherever you go.
