THOMAS Janice Passed peacefully to rest at the Dorset County Hospital on 18th February 2019, aged 55 years. Loving mother of Debbie, Louise, Jamie and Daniel and special mum to Luke. Treasured granny of Chloe, Callum, Tayler, Frankie, Summer and Scarlett. Special friend to John and daughter of Cathy. The funeral service for Janice will take place at the Weymouth Crematorium on Thursday 7th March at 11.30 a.m. Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired, may be given to Dorset County Hospital Charity Fund for Lulworth Ward. c/o.
