FITZPATRICK David Peter Passed away at Joseph Weld Hospice after a long illness bravely borne on 15th January 2021, aged 56 years. Much loved husband of Belinda, stepdad to Alex, Tom, Vicky and Ed and grandad to Joel, Freddy, Max and Elsie. David will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service will take place at Weymouth Crematorium on Monday 1st February at 4.00pm. Any donations if desired may be made payable for Weldmar Hospicecare Trust.
