BLACKFORD Fred Former Weymouth Postman, passed away peacefully at Dorset County Hospital on 12th April 2021, aged 79 years. Beloved husband of the late Margaret, much loved dad to Susan, Julie and the late Ray, brother to Kevin and grandad to Steve & Aaron. Fred will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service will take place at Weymouth Crematorium on Thursday 29th April at 1.45pm. Family flowers only please but any donations if desired may be made payable to a charity of your choice. Fred made my morning brighter. He was a merry soul and always had a moment to chat. He always had a tale to tell. He took pride in everything he did. He was a lovely character who will be sadly missed at HMLR.
