JOHN (JACK) HUGHES Passed away suddenly at home on 22nd October 2011, aged 76 years. Loving husband to Josie, beloved dad of Peter, Kathleen and Andrew. Jack will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren and all his family and friends. His Funeral Service will be held at Weymouth Crematorium on Wednesday 2nd November at 12.15pm. All flowers welcome but any donations, if desired, may be made payable by cheque for "Weldmar Hospicecare Trust" and sent c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, 130 Abbotsbury Road, Weymouth, DT4 0JS.
