Lord Neill of Bladen QC The family will be holding a Service of Thanksgiving for the life of their father at St Lawrence Jewry, Guildhall Yard, London EC2V 5AA on Thursday 13th October 2016 at 2.00 PM. A second Commemoration will be held on Saturday 12 November 2016 at 2.30 PM in the University Church of St Mary the Virgin, Oxford. All Welcome

My sincere condolences to the family, Lord Neill a fine man of integrity, values, and kindness I remember him well, as I remember the late Lady Caroline Neill who was a very considerate , lovely lady to be with and work for, and all the children (as they were, when I lived in service to them as their nanny) fond memories of long ago.
