CHILDS Nancy Ted and Debbie would like to thank all those who have sent cards and messages of sympathy and all who attended Nancy's Funeral Service. Thanks also to Reverend Jane Culliford for taking such a lovely Service. Special thanks to all the staff on Day Lewis Ward, Dorset County Hospital and to the Rehabilitation and Re-enablement Teams for their dedicated care of Nancy. Special thanks go to the staff on Hinton Ward for all their dedicated care of Nancy in her final weeks of life. Many thanks to Matthew Lucas Funeral Directors for all their support with the funeral arrangements. Finally our thanks to all who have contributed to The Dorset County Hospital Charitable Fund and The Macular Society. Please accept this as our personal message of thanks.
