WILKINSON Patrick Judy, Rose and family would like to thank all friends and neighbours who attended Pat's funeral service and for all the cards and messages of sympathy and support received in their sad loss. Thanks also to all who donated to the Dorset County Hospital Cancer Appeal. Special thanks go to Shirley and family for all the care and support during Pat's illness and afterwards. We would also like to give our grateful thanks to all the staff of Ilchester Assessment Unit and the Palliative Care Nurse Anne Dixon, Dorset County Hospital, The Bridges Medical Practice, The District Nurses and Weldmar Nurses for their care given to Pat during his illness. Special thanks go to Rev.'d. Geoff Hebbern for his support and conducting the service and to Stephen Rees of Abbott & Rees Funeral Directors for their kindness and care.
