Special thanks to the District Nurses, Palliative Care Team, Fortuneswell Ward at Dorset County Hospital and Joseph Weld Hospice for Ivy's care. Also thanks to all Ivy's lovely neighbours. Our special thanks goes to Rev. Dennis Mould for conducting a personal and heartfelt service. Also Abbott & Rees for their care of Ivy. Please accept this as our personal message of thanks.
