HONNOR David Angela, Mark and Matt would like to thank all family and friends for all the cards, flowers, messages of condolence and support received in their sad loss of Dave and for the donations to Julia's House. Special thanks to all the staff at the Robert White Centre DCH for their care of Dave. Our gratitude to Nathan Westwood at Cotton & Son and to Matt Lucas for their professionalism in the arrangement of Dave's funeral and to Michelle Carpenter for the lovely service and kind words. Thanks also to Floral Couture by Jay for the beautiful flowers and to the staff at the John Gregory for the wake.
