Dorset Council (Part of Bridleway 7, Poxwell) Public Path Diversion Order 2021
On 12 March 2021 Dorset Council confirmed the above order.
The effect of the order as confirmed is to divert part of Bridleway 7 in the parish of Poxwell as shown on the order map as follows:
From the current route:
That length and the whole width of Bridleway 7, Poxwell, from its junction with Bridleway 6 at SY 74092 84085, in a north-north-westerly direction for 112 metres, to rejoin the unaffected part of Bridleway 7 at SY 74072 84196. (No recorded width).
To a new route:
A length of public bridleway with a crushed stone/concrete surface running from its junction with Bridleway 6 at SY 74103 84089, in a north-easterly direction for 49 metres to SY 74128 84129, then continuing in a north-westerly turning northerly direction for 54 metres to SY74112 84179, then continuing with a concrete surface in a west-north-westerly direction for 19 metres to SY 74096 84186, then continuing with a tarmac surface in a west-north-westerly direction for 26 metres, to rejoin the unaffected part of Bridleway 7 at SY 74072 84196. Width: 3 metres.

If any person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the order. He or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to the Act. Dorset Council Suspension (The County of Dorset (Various Roads in the District of Purbeck) (Consolidation of Orders Made For The Regulation of Traffic) Order 2014, (Experimental Order) High Street, Swanage - Prohibition And Restriction of Waiting
Dorset Council in exercise of its powers under Sections 9,10 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and of all other enabling powers, after consultation with the Chief Office of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act hereby suspend the following 'The County of Dorset (Various Roads in the District of Purbeck) (Consolidation of Orders Made for the Regulation of Traffic) Order 2014, (Experimental Order) High Street, Swanage - Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting' in its entirety from 26th March 2021. Temporary Parking Suspension of A356 Dorchester Road, Maiden Newton
DORSET COUNCIL intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14  of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All vehicles will be prohibited from parking along A356 DORCHESTER ROAD, MAIDEN NEWTON for 75 metres at either side of its junction with Hill View (150 metres total) The order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 5 April 2021 between 0930 and 1530 and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 16 April 2021. This Order will enable Purlieu Property Services, safe access to accomodate temporary traffic signals to allow the build of a flint wall alongside the A356.
