NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Stonehills Mine. I give notice that Albion Stone PLC is applying to the Dorset County Council for planning permission to the Variation of Planning Conditions 2 & 3 under permission 09/00724/ MINS and 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 19, 24, 25, 31, 33, 36 & 37 under permission 04/2001/0032.
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at Environment Directorate, County Hall Colliton Park, Dorchester, DT1 1XJ by 7th November 2013
*"owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years, or, in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver).
**"tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
