NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

 Proposed development at Jordan's Mine & Quarry I give notice that Albion Stone PLC is applying to the Dorset County Council for planning permission to a Variation of Planning Condition 32 Under planning permission 07/144/Mins Condition 12 (Control of Noise) - to allow additional noise limits to be set for underground only mine working during weekday evenings and for weekday night time periods; Condition 17 (Hours of Operation) - to allow extended hours

Proposed development at Jordan's Mine & Quarry I give notice that Albion Stone PLC is applying to the Dorset County Council for planning permission to a Variation of Planning Condition 32 Under planning permission 07/144/Mins Condition 12 (Control of Noise) - to allow additional noise limits to be set for underground only mine working during weekday evenings and for weekday night time periods; Condition 17 (Hours of Operation) - to allow extended hours of operation for underground only mine working during weekday evenings and for weekday night time periods; Condition 30 (Extent of Workings) - proposed changes to approved mine working limits up to 6 metres from edge of highway carriageway.

Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the
Council at Environment Directorate, County Hail Colliton Park, Dorchester, DT1 1XJ by 24th May 2013

*"owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years, or, in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver).

**"tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
