Purbeck District Council has received the following applications: 6/2017/0131 Erect a double garage and construct vehicular access The Malt House, 16 High Street, Winfrlth Newburgh, DT2 8JW Householder Application 6/2017/0142 Variation of condition 2 of Planning Permission number 6/2014/0033 (Demolish existing outbuildings & erect rear garden room extension and detached double garage with attached store/workshop) design changes to garden room, change size and height of the garage, and doors and windows. 2 The Old Vicarage, High Street, Wool, BH20 6BP You can see an application and make comments online by visiting the Council's website at PlanAppSrch.aspx. or by visiting the Council's offices at Westport House, Worgret Road, Wareham, BH20 4PP. The offices are open Monday to Thursday between 8:45am and 4:45pm and 4:15pm on Fridays. We need your comments in writing within 21 days of the date of this notice. We will acknowledge your correspondence and your comments will be published on the Council's website.
If the application is marked as a householder application, and planning permission is refused, the applicant can appeal to the Secretary of State to have this decision reviewed. Any comments you make about the application will be copied to the Secretary of State and considered as part of the appeal. There will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
