Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting for 2019 will be held in the Clubhouse, Links Road, Weymouth on Wednesday 20* Mirch 2019 at 7 p.m. Propositions for the Annual General Meeting must be submitted, in writing, with name of Proposer and Seconder. Such Propositions must be in the hands of the Company Secretary, Colin Huckle, no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday 20" February 2019.
