Q: I would like to sign up to Home Delivery what do I need to do?

A: Just fill in the form here and if we cover your area we will get you started on the next following Monday. If we do not cover your area we will contact you with details of other available agents.



Q: What are the benefits of Home Delivery?

A: When you sign up to our Home Delivery service you will receive a starter pack through the post, which will give you all the information you need about Home delivery. There will be no charge to have the paper delivered – you only pay for the newspapers. In addition as a Home Delivered Customer if you pay your bill by direct debit you will receive the paper at a reduced cost weekly cost of £2.90 per week (Monday to Saturday), saving over £23 per year.p>



Q: What time can I expect my delivery

A: We aim to deliver your Echo to your door by 5.00pm each day.



Q: How do I pay?

A: You can pay by Monthly invoice, Direct Debit or over the phone by Credit / Debit card. Full details are available here.



Q: What do I do if I need to stop my papers at any time?

A: Simply fill in the form here and we’ll stop the papers for you, alternatively ring us on 0800 731 4900 with your holiday dates and Customer Account Number and we can stop your papers while you are away (Two days notice required).



Q: What should I do if I miss a delivery?

A: If for some reason your paper is not delivered please report this to us by either filling in the form here or calling us on 0800 731 4900. We will make sure your account is credited and take the appropriate steps to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
