Brithem Bottom is a charming rural village within easy reach of the diverse amenities of both Tiverton and Cullompton, which both provide a wide range of facilities, including primary and state schooling, banks, building societies, supermarkets and shops catering for everyday needs. Approaching from J28 of the M5 motorway, proceed towards Cullompton. At the first roundabout take the second exit signposted Willand. Go through two roundabouts and take the first turning left at Five Bridges, opposite Five Bridges House (if you reach the garage you have gone too far) towards Brithem Bottom. Continue for about 1.3 miles into the village and the property will be found on the left with a Stags for sale board.
