DIRECTIONS

From Honiton, proceed on the A35 towards Axminster, follow for approximately 5 miles, turning left just past the Starbucks signposted Dalwood and Stockland. Turn first right and follow this lane to the 'T' Junction turning left and then taking the second right signposted Dalwood. Follow this lane into the village, passing the church on your left hand side, go over the bridge and the entrance to the property is to the left of the old red phone box on the left hand bend.
