PLANNING HISTORY

Converted from a stone barn in the late 1990s to form a two bedroom holiday cottage the property has been let out as such for a number of years. On 1st March 2017 consent was granted (Ref 17/0079/VAR) to remove the holiday restriction to allow occupation as a normal residential property. Planning and listed building consent was then granted (ref 17/1316/FUL and 17/1317/LBC) to remove the link from the annexe to Moxhayes (the house behind), allowing the property to be detached. These works will be carried out by the vendor.

DIRECTIONS

From Honiton take the A30 in an easterly direction signed towards Yeovil and London, following signs to Yarcombe and Chard. Continue through Yarcombe passing the church on the left hand side. Climb the hill and take the next turning right into Pound Lane at the end of a row of houses. Follow Pound Lane into open countryside and at the grass triangle turn to the left dropping gently to cross the river at a small ford. Climb gently up the other side and the property will be found on the left hand side as Pound Lane continues around to the right.
