From Honiton proceed on the new A30 towards Exeter and after a short distance take the first exit left signposted Ottery St Mary/Feniton. Proceed through the hamlet of Fenny Bridges on the old A30 and after a short distance take the next turning right signposted Feniton/Payhembury. Proceed into the village of Feniton, over the railway line,proceeding towards Colestocks. On entering the village, continue until the small T junction and turn left. The driveway and property will be found on your left.
