Owners CommentsIt was the “Thatch Cottage” image and the lovely garden that attracted us to this character property 10 years ago. It had everything we were looking for, character features, a great location and a thriving village with excellent services and amenities including great walking and cycling routes.

Upon entering our cottage you immediately notice the wonderful character of the property with wooden beams throughout, deep windowsills and a stunning Inglenook Fireplace in the warm and spacious sitting room.

The kitchen/dining room has a lovely view over the south-westerly facing garden, and is a great place for entertaining. Alfresco dining is a particular pleasure during the warmer weather with the patio catching the last rays of sunshine. Shade can also be found during various times of the day around the garden. The far end of the garden is very private and also houses a very large and useful Dutch barn style shed, which is fully insulated with power and lighting.

Parking is easy and freely available opposite the property.
