There are enclosed apple orchards either side of the track. Within the orchard there is a wide opening to a tractor shed and driveway passes the house and leads to the yard. At the front of the house there is an area of lawn and enclosed flower garden surrounded by low brick walling. To one side of the flower garden is the parking area with a greenhouse and area of lawn where there is access to the garage and workshop.
