DIRECTIONS

From Tiverton proceed north on the A396 towards Bampton and after approximately 6 miles turn left at the Exeter Inn roundabout. Follow this road for approximately 2 miles and follow the road around to the left at The Black Cat junction, crossing the River Exe.

Continue up the hill on the B3227 signposted South Molton / Oakford. After one mile at Hamslade Cross, turn left towards Oakford, follow the road to the right at Stuckeridge Cross and continue into the village of Oakford. Pass the 30 mph speed limit signs and the entrance gate to the land will be found on the right about 150 metres after passing the Village Hall.
