A PLOT of land with ‘far reaching’ views over surrounding Dorset countryside will go under the hammer next month.

0.39 acres of level land is positioned in a secluded but accessible location off Frome Lane, between Maiden Newton and Frome Vauchurch, near the A37.

Auctioneers Symonds and Sampson has placed a guide price of £35,000 on the plot of land, which could possibly be redeveloped subject to planning permission from Dorset Council.

A property brochure states the rural plot has ‘far reaching views’ over the surrounding countryside and the River Frome.

A small building previously used for forestry and log processing is situated to the north of the land.

The plot of land will be among other lots featured in the auction on Friday, July 23 from 12pm onwards.

Viewings of the land during the daytime can also be arranged through Symonds and Sampson.
