BEST known as the creator of Trigger Happy TV, Dom Joly will bring his live tour to Dorchester on Wednesday, March 4, 2020.

The writer, broadcaster and comedian will share his exploits as a serial globe trotter who has travelled from North Korea to Congo and Syria, visiting some of the most unusual and unknown places on the planet.

Born in Beirut, Lebanon, Dom has published a number of travel books, including one which investigates dark tourism and another, Scary Monster and Super Creepers, where he travels the world in search of mythical creatures such as Bigfoot and Yeti.

After the show, Dom will be signing copies of his most recent publication, The Hezbollah Hiking Club, which follows himself and two friends as they hike across Lebanon.

Dom's performance will take place at the Corn Exchange in Dorchester, and begins at 8pm. Tickets are £22 or £20 for concessions and members of Dorchester Arts, available to purchase from the Dorchester Arts website or by contacting the box office.
