Celebrate Valentine's Day with a performance of Simply Red's greatest hits, coming to Lyme Regis on Friday, February 14.

Simply Rered is the UK's leading tribute to Mick Hucknall and his chart-topping band, who shot to fame in the 1980s with the release of their debut album, Picture Book.

The soul and pop group went on to release more than 30 singles that reached the Top 40, as well as five albums that topped the UK charts. Stars, released in 1991, became one of the best-selling albums in UK chart history.

To date, Simply Red have received two Brit Awards and three Grammy Award nominations. They have sold more than 50 million albums.

Despite initially disbanding in 2010, the group reformed in 2015.

Simply Rered will recreate every melody from Mick's remarkable global career, performing hits including Money's Too Tight To Mention and If You Don't Know Me By Now.

The show, which takes place at the Marine Theatre, starts at 7.30pm. Tickets are £18 in advance, available from the venue website or box office, or £21 on the door.
